It helps identify where the problem isn't. Did you do a grep for 'DNS_FROM_AHBL_RHSBL' (for example) in /etc/mail/spamassassin? I'm betting you have a 'score DNS_FROM_AHBL_RHSBL .4' in local.cf or some other cf file in that directory.
