Yes... *if* you replace whitelist_from with whitelist_from_spf

Alternatively you can try something like this:

whitelist_from_rcvd    [EMAIL PROTECTED]    yourmailserver.com

whitelist_from should always be a last resort because it's so easy for spammers to forge the From: and Return-Path: headers. If at all possible, you should use one of the more specific whitelist functions that will double-check against the received headers, SPF, DKIM, etc.
