Is the previous update tagged? How do I know which revisions to compare?
FWIW, the last checkin to rules/branches/3.1 looks like it removed a couple
of subject line rules and tweaked some image rule scores.

(The first revision was determined by svn log output. I just went back a
couple days to see what changed recently throughout the SA tree.)
