Most end users (at least in Swden) haven't got access to the MDA configuration, so the porcmail stuff is of no use to them. Instead they'll have to use whatever filtering capabilities their mail reader has. More info about this should be available in the help and the documentation for the mail reader. On Windows that's usually the odd little menu item called "Help". Also, not all SpamAssassin installations are the same, so the end users should start by finding out how the mail they receive is marked.
