On my personal mail, the amount of spam seeping through the filters is small. On our help desk (which includes our abuse desk) at work, we only do greylisting since obviously any abuse from our network needs to be able to get reported :-( This leads to a *lot* of crap in our abuse@ address, but there is damned little we can do about it, unfortunately.
It really depends on circumstances how much you can filter.
