Raise the score of RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_E4_51_100 and RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_E8_51_100 significantly. Like maybe 3.0 for each.IMHO, anything that hits both of those is spam.

Or something like that might do better than increasing the individual
scores. Pick a suitable combined score. Then implement.
