Depends.  If the domain in question was told by other people that they
had a problem, and fixed it, you may have hit it before it fixed. 

Or, you type in the 'server IP', which has nothing to do with
rfc-ignorant tests (check the domain, not the ip)


Since these listings are manual listings, they are verified AT THE TIME
OF THE LISTING, but to keep down 'attacks' on domain servers, they are
not doublechecked. (every once and a while they send in a 'your listed
in blacklist, click here to remove' test.

If they domain in question DOES have a valid postmaster and abuse
account, tell the owner of that domain to send documentation to
rfc-ignorant and they will remove it after sending in a confirmation
email.
