I recently installed FuzzyOCR 2.3b and am still studying it before I
install it on my larger mail servers. It seems to work pretty good but I'm
starting to notice some HAM emails being rejected simply because of the
hashing feature being enabled.

A customer this morning called me about an email she receives each
morning from SecureWorks.com The email was rejected with the following
rules. The score on this was 16.5 She sent me the email and it has pie
charts in it with very few words, none of which are commonly associated with
spam emails.

    FUZZY_OCR_KNOWN_HASH,HTML_MESSAGE,NO_REAL_NAME,SPF_PASS - 16.55

Another customer just emailed me about a new stationary background she
started using in her emails. When she uses the stationary background her
emails get rejected.

Should I turn off the hashing feature or is there something I can
adjust?

      Bill
