Majordomo uses aliases in the /etc/alias file that matches a list of members.

Some of these lists have 100s of email addresses.

So to answer your question, yes.

Local users being those that are users on the network and have FQDN email addresses to this machine.

Aliased names are those like the majordomo aliases.

is what you meant to say is that spamd only scans LOCAL users and that email to an alias that is NOT LOCAL DESTINATION is not run through SA?
