Note that certain tests are ignored when determining whether a
message should be trained upon:
- rules with tflags set to 'learn' (the Bayesian rules)
- rules with tflags set to 'userconf' (user white/black-listing
rules, etc)
- rules with tflags set to 'noautolearn'
That's not what we're looking for. What we want is if a rule with
tflags set to "suppress_autolearn" hits, then the message will NOT be
autolearned, period.
I'm putting in a bugzilla feature request.
