Read the docs for the pyzor plugin: http://spamassassin.apache.org/full/3.1.x/dist/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Plugin_Pyzor.html As Stuart already pointed out it is: pyzor_timeout 1 But in general, you'll find the options for a plugin in the plugin's docs, not the main Conf docs.
