Which is why a lot of documentation is in the wiki so that others can help
contribute. :)

FWIW, I added a few bits to the RuleUpdates wiki page about site rules dir,
default rules dir, and channel cf before local cf.  FWIW2: the wiki doc
already covered where the channel cf went, and the spamassassin man page
explains the full order of where things are read from, etc.  So it's out
there, it just required people to put two things together.
