I'm confused by your statement. (I'm also distracted by shiny objects....)

When rules scores are formed, they are scored based off a large corpus, additional rules, and set in the very moment they are scored. Once in place, SA really has no live knowledge of a corpus and other rules scores. (Other then Bayes, if you run it.)

I believe we also crossed this bridge when we discussed dynamic scoring. The CPU cycles were found to be rather expensive. And similar results could be had with bayes already.
