I believe RDJ puts the usable .cf files in /etc/mail/spamassassin.  
But grepping/finding/locating *.cf may show that your .cf files are 
stored elsewhere.

You should create /etc/rulesdujour/config and add the TRUSTED_RULESETS 
line to that.
