the owner of auto-whitelist was root i have set it to kaushal, It worked
It was
-rw------- 1 root root 12288 Jul 6 12:00 auto-whitelist,
i set it to
-rw------- 1 kaushal kaushal 12288 Jul 6 12:00 auto-whitelist
It worked :))
