Ben, make sure that you have the textcat plugin loaded in either your init.pre or v3xx.pre files. you don't want to load the plugin in your local.cf file as it'll load after any of the rules that call it do and will therefor not be useable. of course, after making those changes be sure to restart spamd if you're using it.
