Check out your init.pre and v310.pre files. These should be in your /etc/mail/spamassassin directory (or whatever your site-config dir where local.cf is). It's important to note you CANNOT put loadplugin statements into your local.cf and have these features work correctly. They MUST be in a .pre file, that way they get loaded before the rules in $PREFIX/share/spamassassin do.
