Is this reproducable with spamassassin or spamc/spamd from a commandline?  If
so, please open up a ticket in Bugzilla and attach the mail and we'll see what
we can do.  If not, I'd talk to the spamass-milter folks ...  3.1 is different
from 3.0, and you may need to upgrade the milter.
