I was hoping to get 3.1.1 for my birthday tomorrow, but am now hoping
that we get it out before the 6 months from the 3.1.0 release passes
next Friday.
I've been running the 3.1 branch continuously in production. It is
certainly at least as stable as 3.1.0. It does not fix all spamd
issues, but it does appear to fix a lot with the latest patch from bug 4696.
