The SpamAssassin default for required_hits is 5.0 and that works pretty well for me even with lots of extra rules installed. For my personal account, I have dropped it down to 4.0 and only see the occasional false positive (usually from this list). The scores for the default SpamAssassin rules are calibrated for a required_hits setting of 5.0. I would recommend that you set it there and see what happens. You can adjust the score up or down a bit as you need. Don't play with the individual rule scores unless you know that a particular rule is causing a problem for you. -- Bowie
