Come on guys. You can't spam filter a list that talks about spam. Expect

Chris,, not that's not a user.. that's the ASF itself. Apache.org filters all
their list mail with spamassassin, including this list.

Unfortunately, that's not likely to change, as there's more than just this list
hosted on the apache list server. The other lists benefit greatly from the
filter.

If I can filter it with procmail as simple as this:
===8<---
:0
* < 250000
* !^List-Id: .*(spamassassin\.apache.\org)
| /usr/bin/spamc -t 150 -u $USER

===8<---

Are you saying that other tools than procmail are so primitive they
cannot perform the same exception to running through spamassassin?

Aw come ON now!
