I have SA set to flag all mail with a score of 2.0 or more. All flagged spam gets sent to a special mail box (The spam folder seemed pretty useless to me since it is just one big file which is difficult to read and which does not allow me to forward False Positives so we have altered the exim config file to send all spam to another email address which I can then view using my Web mail and delete or forward any mail as I wish.

The problem here though is that SA is missing messages which have a score higher than the threshold:

X-Spam-Status: No, score=-2.3 required=2.0 tests=BAYES_00,HTML_80_90,
        HTML_FONT_BIG,HTML_MESSAGE,MIME_QP_LONG_LINE autolearn=no
        version=3.0.4

This happens on a regular basis (several dozen each day) Why is it doing this? How can I fix this?

Must be that new math stuff or something. When I went to school I was
taught -2.3 was less than 2.0. (And 2.0 is a ridiculously low spam
threshold.)
