Hmm, Don't know how to restart qmail-scanner. Looking on google right now. I stopped and restarted qmail, but nothing showing for qmail-scanner yet and restarting qmail didn't change anything

If you're using qmail-scanner's "fast" spamassassin option, you'll need to restart qmail-scanner to get the version updated. in "fast" mode qmail-scanner adds it's own headers, and only calls spamc -c for each message. I'd venture to guess it only queries the version once during startup.
