As you will hear quite frequently on this list: "SA does not make decisions about email, it only scores and tags the messages given to it." If some of your mail is not being scanned, I would check with whatever is passing the mail to SA to be scanned. SA will always scan anything that is passed to it. So if a message wasn't scanned, SA didn't see it. -- Bowie
