Net::DNS ist up to date.

Did you update it as described in previous e-mail?
apt-get update
apt-get install libnet-dns-perl

Here stopped the installation.
apt-get install libnet-ident-perl

failed)
apt-get install libsocket6-perl
Then go back to CPAN, and see if spamassassin installs without incident.
