We have a phishing list in SURBLs that will catch many phishes by
their advertised web site:

The standard installation of SpamAssassin 3.X includes SURBL
support if you have network tests enabled and a recent Net::DNS
installed.  If you'd like you can even enable network tests and
disable the ones other than SURBLs, etc., by giving the other
network tests scores of zero (0).
