That doesn't mean it's not working. Check if you have any hits from SBL rules and if you don't have then check some IPs you think should be on one at that database. So far you have only given "except that the excellent rejection I was getting" as a reason for your request, but no proof, so it could just be *anything*. SA doesn't do any "rejects".
