Wasn't is just yesterday that someone was saying SA did a better job than Apple Mail and they wanted to get Mail to use SA instead?
Given that Apple Mail uses statistical filters, and SA *can* use statistical filters, it sounds like it's mainly a matter of proper training (unless Bayes is turned off on your installation).
That said, a 99% hit on Bayes alone isn't enough to tip a message over the threshold. Adding a URI rule to add 1.5 points for geocities.com should do the trick.
