So, would this header cause an UNPARSEABLE_RELAY?

I'm speculating that it would based on unmatched parenthesis in the
header and/or the fact there should be only one set. If I need to post
more of the received headers, let me know.
This is a slightly different case scenario than what I had before.
Please forgive the ignorance. I'm still a little green at reading
these things.
