Hi Loren, A fair point. Our company is called IPT Ltd (http://www.ipt-ltd.co.uk/) and we're based in London. If you look at the Products menu on our website you'll see all the consumer-facing websites and products we own. As one of the UK's largest online marketing companies we deal with pretty much every blue-chip client you can name. Contractual stipulations aren't too much of a problem, as you can easily see these clients' names and logos on our consumer websites. (RAC, Scottish Power, Norwich Union, Dixons, British Gas would be a few big names we've worked with).
We're very transparent in the way we collect and manage data. We're also closely monitored in terms of data protection, and adhere to privacy and other compliance guidelines from bodies such as TRUST, ASA, and the DMA. We're very stringent about honouring all unsubcribes and data enquiries, in line with compliance regulation. This is why we're very keen to ensure we do everything we can to avoid our content being flagged and reducing False Positives. Hope that helps. I'm sure you can't mention at least some names by contract stipulation, although that sort of thing is patently silly since anyone getting the emails for Company X can track them back to you. But I imagine that there are probably several that you could mention.
