SARE's General Subject rules files and the Whitelist rules files have
been updated.

Included in the General Subject rules files are rules which will help
detect the recent flood of pharmaceutical spam.

Thanks to Daryl C. W. O'Shea, we've also enhanced the whitelist rules
files to include SPF validation.

Those systems which are using SpamAssassin version 3.1.0 with network
and SPF tests enabled should switch from the primary
70_sare_whitelist.cf file to use the two new files,
70_sare_whitelist_rcvd.cf and 70_sare_whitelist_spf.cf instead.
The latter file whitelists emails from trusted sources if and only if
their emails pass full SPF validation. The former file contains those
rules for domains that do not validate via SPF, and uses the reliable
whitelist_from_rcvd test (not the easily forged whitelist_from).

Note that RDJ has not yet been updated for these two new files.
