I, too, had problems after upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.1.0. I use spamassassin in conjunction with sendmail, clamav, MailScanner, and Mailwatch, all of which worked great together when my spamassassin version was 3.0.4. My upgrade also didn't like razor and lock_method flock, and bayes stopped working. I guess I'm a wimp, because I rolled back to spamassassin 3.0.4, and all's well again. It would be nice to have the latest and greatest installed, but not at the expense of major breakage. As I understand it. DCC is no longer free, under some circumstances, and is therefore disabled by default in 3.1.0. I guess you have to manually enable it (although I don't know how - can someone tell us how, please?). I have no idea why the rest of my stuff broke, or how I'd fix it. My local,cf is linked to MailScanner's spam.assassin.prefs.conf (which, again, works just fine with 3.0.4). Dimitri
