Looks like amavisd was trying to decompress a possible lha file and failed for
some reason. Perhaps amavis is passing lha the wrong path.
I know a lot of tools like amavis will use external decompressors to unpack
archive files and send the unpacked files to virus scanners. (for reference, LHA
is an archive format, much like the more common .zip, .arj, and .tgz formats)
However, none of this has anything to do with SpamAssassin. I'd suggest asking
on the amavis lists.
