Do a Google search on price_list.exe which is one I received. The spyware companies are adding it. Does this mean it doesn't count as a virus?

ClamAV usually gets them all for weeks or months at time before it misses one. Therefore, I was especially surprised when all three of the ones I mentioned missed this one.
