One really high scoring message would do it. (score well above +100.0) If your admin is using an old version of SA, a message containing a GTUBE would be a prime suspect. Otherwise it might be a custom rule your admin added that has an absurdly high score. You might want to check and see if the first FP message sent by your wife has a score that's high for reasons other than the AWL.
