I'm sure at least *some* of these have change since the dates above, no?
I just checked the rulesets on one of my boxes. I'm using some of the same
rulesets as you, and the timestamps on mine look very similar. If you check
the rulesemporium.com site, a lot of these haven't been updated in quite a
while. For instance, they show the last updated date on 70_sare_random.cf as
2004-05-17, while you and I both have the date as 2005-06-01.
