I had the same problem with all the blackholes.us domain and complained about it some time ago. I googled the issue and found out that a year ago it was under a DDOS attack (http://lists.blu.org/pipermail/discuss/2004-September/020794.html) perhaps it's been happening again. There should be many mirrors of it :-)
