I forgot to mention the main thing, that I was using de standard version
of amavisd-new that comes with debian-sarge, which is very old. Amavis
creates all the spam headers (spamassassin's configuration is not used
there), which explains my result.
I've now found some more information about upgrading to amavisd-new
2.3.2 and it will provide the headers as I'd like them.
