Actually - go back to his enclosed message. It is received by the Apache
mail servers with the "Received:" header declaring his HELO of
www.harvest.com.br with an address of 192.168.0.252. Now, any reasonable
mail agent will declare this, coming in from outside, is obviously a
forgery and reject it.

He needs to fix this on his end. Perhaps he needs to go through a sendmail
client on one if his machines and tell it to rewite the address to look
like it was sent from his 200.207.18.245 external address.
