It is received by the Apache mail servers with the "Received:" header declaring his HELO of www.harvest.com.br with an address of 192.168.0.252. Now, any reasonable mail agent will declare this, coming in from outside, is obviously a forgery and reject it. He needs to fix this on his end. Perhaps he needs to go through a sendmail client on one if his machines and tell it to rewite the address to look like it was sent from his 200.207.18.245 external address. {^_^}
