No problem. Just need a copy of the messege :) A few would help. I don't
know how much they differ. 

Otherwise I would say they should just use lower case :) 

"Hey did you hear?! There is a tsunami on the way!!!'
"One sec dude...I'm checking my email.....hey look, some girl named Cindy
sent me pics in a zip file...."
