Somehow when I type in the following I get this:
Is that the whole debug information that I supposed to get ??

[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# spamassassin -D
debug: SpamAssassin version 3.0.4
debug: Score set 0 chosen.
debug: running in taint mode? yes
debug: Running in taint mode, removing unsafe env vars, and resetting
PATH
debug: PATH included '/usr/local/sbin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/usr/local/bin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/sbin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/bin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/usr/sbin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/usr/bin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/usr/X11R6/bin', keeping.
debug: PATH included '/root/bin', which doesn't exist, dropping.
debug: Final PATH set to:
/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin
At this point nothing happens, the cursor is just sitting there and nothing is happening

Check your maillog, you should see some output from SA similar to the following:

Jun 30 14:28:13 python spamassassin[45917]: spamd: result: .  0 - BAYES_00,DK_POLICY_SIGNSOME,HTML_90_100,HTML_MESSAGE,HTML_NONELEMENT_00_10,LG_4C_2V_3C,UPPERCASE_25_50 scantime=3.7,size=65992,user=spamd,uid=1002,required_score=5.7,rhost=localhost.stepan.com,raddr=127.0.0.1,rport=55159,mid=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,bayes=1.14183112256416e-05,autolearn=no

At the very end does it say autolearn=disabled?  If not, then autolearning is on.
