Many of you might be wondering why URIBL_BLACK isn't included in the release
of SA. I know even a few devs are wondering why ;) We have our reasons, and
for now, would like to keep it out of the official release of SA. This does
NOT mean it isn't ready for fulltime use on servers.

multi.uribl.com is completely ready to use, and it is strongly suggested.
Also don't forget to sign up to submit domains, and watch your stats rise :)
Its fun an addicting. (But please, one sample spam per domain!)

So for now, we require everyone to add the multi.uribl.com into their config
manually. We have our reasons :)
