Check the headers and see if there's anything about SMTPSVC and pickup. If
there is, you might be victim of a wonderful bug in Small Business Server
2003(?) that causes wonderful mail storms.
I also saw it and I don't use any M$ e-mail server.
I also, earlier, wasn't able to send messages to the sa mailing list
(there was a delay to the remote server not being available.) Someone
must have woken up or something and noticed an issue. :-D
