It's better, if at all possable with your setup, to exclude this account
from even being scanned. I have a spamtrap/spam box that my users can
redirect (not forward!) mail to to be trained as spam. If spam ends up
there, well thanks for the bayes fodder :-D
I didn't use all_spam_to for this reason.
