Spamassassin 3.0.3 and no scan for a domain ?

Hi

i use SpamAssassin 3.0.3 with qmail-scanner 1.25st for relaying
emails to another server after scan and check ...

I want know if it's possible that say at spamassasin don't scan
a email for the destination [EMAIL PROTECTED] ? or put into the local.cf
a whitelist_for (this option exist ?) [EMAIL PROTECTED] ?
