Arguably this is a Razor question (it's their module), not a
SpamAssassin-specific question, but ...

In my install, line 13 in Agent.pm is:

use lib qw(lib);

So I'm assuming you have a file named "lib" somewhere.  Possibly in
the directory where you're calling sa-learn, though I can't be certain
there's no chdir'ing going on.
