Depends on what you want to analyze. One of the ninjas wrote a great script to parse the logs and show rule hit statistics. If you are looking for that I can see if I can find it my vast archive of ninja info. Let me know. There is also err....dang brain can't remember.... sastats? Shows all your basic stats.
