Unfortunately, like Yahoo!, the gmx domains have had more than their
share of spam come from them; So they probably should be whitelisted in the
SURBLs and any othe RHS list, but there IPs should not be considered to be
"safe". I also have a very few spam that came from web.de - but to their
credit, the canceled the accounts very quickly. In general, everywhere in
the world, the freemail providers get abused.
