Every now and then a obvious spam message slips by SA and, when I look
in the maillog for the message id that got past, I see the following ...

Any idea what this is?
I'm running SA 3.0.3 on a Redhat 8.0 system (which uses perl5 revision
5.0 version 8 subversion 0)
I have skip_rbl_checks set to 0, use_razor2 set to 1, use_dcc
set to 1, and use_pyzor set to 0
