That's easy.  There are many ways, but not best way.

welcomelist_from_rcvd   j...@company.com                [1.2.3.4]

should work, but -100.  It would be nice if welcomelist_* could take a
score, but it you are sure you want *your* SA to not mark it as spam,
-100 is the way to spell that.
